BPI Building Analyst (BA) Certification Course

Brief course Overview
The BPI Building Analyst (BA) Certification Course consists of an additional 6-hour BA e-Learning Module and a 90-minute Energy Audit Training Video to be taken in conjunction with the Diagnostic HESP field training described above. The curriculum includes the BPI Building Evaluation Standards, heat loss and savings calculations, step-by-step energy audit procedures, developing and prioritizing a retrofit work scope. Upon completion, you will be prepared to take the BPI Building Analyst written and field examinations with one of our regional BPI Exam Proctors.

Benefits of the course
Students who complete this training and pass the requisite written and field exams can receive both the BPI Building Analyst Certification AND the RESNET Diagnostic HESP Certification at the same time. The course objective is to provide you with a detailed understanding of how to perform a thorough building analysis including work scope recommendations and the credentials to qualify your clients for a variety of incentive programs.

Prerequisite Requirements
Completion of the RESNET Level-2 Diagnostic HESP training

Certification Exam Fees:
The RESNET HESP Exam is $50. Students must pay by credit card at the time the exam is administered.

The BPI Building Analyst Written Exam is $250. Students must register for an exam slot and location by clicking HERE ».

The BPI Building Analyst Field Exam is $450. Students can register for an exam slot and location by clicking HERE ». (Note: BPI Field Exams are administered one-on-one with our BPI Approved Field Proctor and may take up to two hours to complete.
